We also provide 12 professional and efficient production lines, which can enhance your marketing competitiveness at minimal costs. 2.The production process of bare power cables 1.Drawing Process: We take EC Grade Continuous Cast 100% Pure Copper rod of 8mm dia,for drawing on our wire drawign into different gauge wires. 2.Annealing Process: After drawign operation the coils of drawn wire are put in Electric Furnace in a pot for getting annealed soft wire. 3.Bunching/Stranding process: After the wire is annealed,it is wound on reels and are put for bunching/stranding with Multi-head wire drawing Niehoff machine or windless line stranded Niehoff machine from Germany for gettign different size and then pass through nozzling process for better surface of wire. 3.
