We adopt Φ8mm high-quality oxygen-free copper bars as raw material.In the process of wiredrawing ,we use the most advanced equal diameter wheel sliding type wiredrawing annealing equipment guaranting the copper wire's surface blight ,smooth ,uniform annealing .In the stranding process ,our unique technology invented by our company ensure the stranded bare copper wire tight and straight . Using equal diameter wheel to pulling and pushing to guarantee low loss of the wire material. Adopting the micrometer slide pulling process, and the outgoing-line block is spinning block, which improves the circle performance of copper wire.The take-up tension can be automatically regulated, and the Annealing voltage follow the line-pulling speed automatically which lead uniform annealing.The bare copper wire's diameter is available in the specification of 1.35mm~3.2mm.
