| Zhengzhou Huawei Metal Materials Co., Ltd.is specializing in the production of various types tin copper wire.Tinned copper wire take 99.95% red copper as core wire,adopts electrolytic tin plating technology .The tinned copper wire 's surface is clean ,looks bright and uniform , and the tinner layer is dense with anti oxidizing characteristics .The tinned coper wire's diameter is available in the specification of 0.4~2.85.We offer these tinned copper wire in standard and customized options as per the requirements of our clients. |
| Tinned Copper Wire offered by us are complex in shape and are used as overhead power source for subways, light and heavy transit systems, electrically powered mine trains, buses, and industrial cranes. Tinned copper wire is manufactured in three stages. During the first stage, wires are drawn in a specific size with electrolyte copper. After that wire goes to second stage in which annealing is done. In the final stage for tinned copper wire, tin plating is done through hot dip process. In this process the tin is melted in electric pot and the electrolytic copper wire is made dip through this melted tin which results in tin coated copper wire. |
| Appearance : surface smooth and bright ,colour uniform , and without the defect of detinning ,black spot , crack , yellowing and scrap tin etc. Diameter : allowable deviation ±0.000mm. Elongation:≥20%(according to the clients' needs ) Reverse bending :≥5 Aging Test :No yellowing and black when baking one hour at the temperature of 200±5°C.. Continuity:under the test of the tinned copper wire is dipped into hydrochloric acidand sodium polysulfide for three weeks ,there is no exposed copper and black spots. Binding force:under the test of winding six laps tinned copper wire is dipped into the sodium polysulfide,there is no crack and black to appear. |
